  no way to hide the main window with messaging menu

Status in “xchat-gnome” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: xchat-gnome

  with bug 497902 fixed, I can no longer hide the main xchat-gnome
  window.

  if I close the window, it should just hide itself in the messaging
  menu, just like empathy does.
