Issue is in libreoffice itself it seems. this happens when you click on
the libreoffice splash.

  tag libreoffice-3.3.3.1, Ubuntu package 1:3.3.3-1ubuntu2

  Pretty much what the title says. When LO is loading, and is on the
  splash screen, the global menu displays "OpenOffice.org".
