Title:
Software center not detecting correctly if package is installed

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
Just filed another Software center bug
  (https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/software-
  center/+bug/875427) and got this one.

In my previous bug's Software center window I tried to install another
game. I clicked it and pressed Install. Then I got the message
"Package is already installed" (There isn't any need for an
installation). I did not install that game and even if I did, then I
should not have had the Install button activated, but Uninstall should
have been there. Also see the screenshot.
