Bug description:
Don't know what happend, but after installing Ubuntu 11.10 I had a
problem with installing Opera browser from deb packages! These packags
worked perfectly well on natty, however oneiric's software centre
claims it can not open deb package.
I finally installed it using dpkg -i but still can't see package
details in software centre
