[Bug 875555] Re: Settings: appearance. Adding themes from internet not possible

Thank you for your bug report but removing the theme installation is a
GNOME upstream design decision, we added the simple combo box but that's
about what we will change there

** Changed in: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu)

Title:
Settings: appearance. Adding themes from internet not possible

Status in “gnome-control-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
After upgrading from Natty to Oneiric it is no longer possible to add a theme from the internet. In Natty one could choose to add an online theme. Now there are only four themes to choose from (Radiance, Ambiance, HighContrast and HighContrastInverse.
Furthermore, I cannot select the Desktop as the package in which I found this bug, so I had to select "I don't know" instead. The Desktop menu does not have an item Report a bug.
