Yes, the problem ends after installing ubuntuone-client-gnome
2.0.1-0ubuntu2

I am marking this as a duplicate of bug 865115 as it seems to be two
different descriptions of the same problem with the same solution.

  I am encountering nautilus crash after upgrading to Ubuntu 11.10.  THe
  file manager is totally unusable.  Below is the terminal output
