The "Report a bug" link in Launchpad is meant to take non-developers to
a wiki page explaining the preferred way of reporting bugs, and this
requires an additional override to disable it. Does that not happen now?

  navigation buttons are disabled

Status in “firefox” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Since upgrading to oneiric, the navigation buttons are disabled (see
  screenshot). Right mouse click works though and also using keyboard
  shortcuts works.
