Bug description:
  Binary package hint: software-center

  when I was updating ubuntu for version 11.4, the system opened an
  window telling that serious errors had occurred and I should contact
  to tell that the package 'ubuntu-minimal' could not be found, and that
  I should inform this error for the package 'update-manager', including
  the archives /var/log/dist-upgrade/
