  Sofware Center refreshes up to 4 times per uninstallation.

Bug description:
  When uninstalling an application via Software Center the GUI
  refreshes, sometimes as many as 4 times. This is a usability failure
  because it interrupts mouse interactions and resets all of the
  expanded collapsible trees.
