+ gconf-editor ships not translation in Oneiric
  
- Global menu in Natty is translated, but not in Oneiric (screenshot).
- Language support is complete.
+ TESTCASE:
+ - install gconf-editor under a non english locale
+ - look at the menus or ui, there is no string translated
+ - update, it should be translated
