Title:
  Failure to open software sources dialog over ssh -X

Status in “software-center” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  No idea what's to blame, but here's what I did, and the stderr output
  while I tried a few times to open the software sources dialog.  The
  same thing happened if I did it without sudo.

  ssh -X nearby.machine.running.oneiric.ca
