[Bug 875785] Re: Guest session from a running session fails to start unity or bail out to another desktop
What videocard do you use? It seems like the 3d doesn't work for the
second xsession on your configuration and that the bailer doesn't manage
to fall back to unity-2d
** Summary changed:
- Guest session from a running session is different and weird compared to guest session from the login screen
+ Guest session from a running session fails to start unity or bail out to another desktop
** Package changed: lightdm (Ubuntu) => unity (Ubuntu)

Title:
Guest session from a running session fails to start unity or bail out
to another desktop
Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
Guest session from a running session is different and weird compared
to guest session from the login screen.
Steps to reproduce:
1. In a running session press your name in the top bar and select guest session.
I expected to receive the same session type as when pressing Guest Session in LightDM.
I received a strange session type which I don't recognize and can't exit.
The session I use for my normal user is Ubuntu (aka Unity 3D)
