evolution-alarm-notify crashed with SIGSEGV in
gtk_text_layout_get_line_display()
Status in The Evolution Mail & Calendaring Tool:

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
Binary package hint: evolution
I had a reminder for a meeting which popped up; I then opened that
reminder (by clicking the "edit" button in Evolution Alarm notify's
reminders dialog), made some updates to the meeting (adding some extra
notes to the meeting's "description" field), kept the reminder open
for a few hours whilst I did other stuff (including using evolution),
then changed the reminder to happen 3 days in the future, and clicked
"Save". Then unexpected behavior started: I then got a completely
blank dialog box (nothing inside it, just a totally empty grey pop-up
dialog box), I clicked inside a couple of times (since usually this
would be the "send updates to attendees?" dialog box, and I know
roughly where the "Send" button would be), and then clicked the "x"
window-close button on the top-right of the window. Then I got the
apport crash notification, which generated everything else in this bug
report.
