Title:
"About Ubuntu" doesn't behave properly with certain themes

Status in “gnome-icon-theme” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  running Ubuntu 8.04

In the system menu, the app About Ubuntu should place its icon in the
hicolor theme (like other apps such as fileroller). Instead it
inherits the distributor-logo icon from places of the current theme.
This causes problems when switching icon themes, even with themes that
inherit the Human theme. This fix would allow an icon theme to
optionally inherit OR overwrite the About Ubuntu icon.

*Thanks Mike for helping me polish this out :)
