  Sys-tray and panels are not showing up. No access to programms

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  I had tried to upgrade to Gnome 3.0. This failed. So I degraded to gnome 2 again. When the graphical system started it started without panels and access to programs, system etc. How can I get the panels and access to programs?
