[Bug 544880] Re: rhythmbox crashed when trying to transfer mp3s to iphone
This bug also affects me. Exactly the same way as it affects jtholb. I
also can't see any songs on the iPhone. Using Lucid and iOS 5.
PS: is there a way I can generate more information to attach to this
bug?

Title:
rhythmbox crashed when trying to transfer mp3s to iphone
Status in “rhythmbox” package in Ubuntu:
Incomplete
Bug description:
Binary package hint: rhythmbox
Ubuntu 10.04 lucid lynx
rhythmbox 0.12.7-0ubuntu7
When I attempted to transfer some songs to my iphone I was given the
error "Error transferring track Unable to send file to MTP device: PTP
Layer error 02ff: LIBMTP_Send_File_From_File_Descriptor(): Could not
send object."
For each mp3 it would give the error and after about 5 it crashed.
Perhaps transferring to an iphone isn't supported, I just assumed it
was because the iphone showed up in rhythmbox.
