Title:
banshee crashes on scrobbling when last.fm is unreachable

Status in “banshee” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 11.10
  Banshee version 2.2.0-1ubuntu2

When playing a song, and a couple of seconds have passed, banshee tries to contact the last.fm servers.
However, the lastfm domain is blocked from a corporate proxy, such as Cisco Websense.
Thus Banshee crashes when (apparently) it tries to connect the servers for the second time.

If I disable the Last.FM Scrobbling extension, all plays fine and no
  crashes occur.

I attach the banshee output log.
