[Bug 760128] Problem with suspend to RAM and resume while using USB Devices.

 

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be
reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable
release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test
with it so we can work on getting it fixed. You can find out more about

  Problem with suspend to RAM and resume while using USB Devices.

Status in “gnome-session” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-session

   I loaded a Word file from a USB stick. Later I went to suspend to
  RAM. During the netbook was down I disconnected the USB stick.
  Afterwards resume failed. Resume runs fine when the USB stick remaines
  connected. Same problem with USB Prepaid mobile Internet.
