Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be
reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable
release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test

  File-roller showing triple files when seeing a compressed rar

Status in “file-roller” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: file-roller

  It started showing 3 times each file inside a folder inside the rar.
  Previously halted and extraction proccess when a file with different
  encoding name was to be extracted, altough i don't know if it has
  something to do with the first.
