Title:
Can't drop files on the standard taskbar and dockbarx

Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-panel

Usually, when I grab some file with the mouse and hover it over gedit button on the taskbar for example, the gedit window raises and then I drop the file on it's window to open it. This worked for any file and app on the taskbar, and worked with dockbarx too, but since I upgraded to 11.04 64-bit, it does not work anymore.
