[Bug 749703] Any menus in the desktop

 

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make
Ubuntu better. The issue that you reported is one that should be
reproducible with the live environment of the Desktop CD of the stable
release - Oneiric Ocelot. It would help us greatly if you could test
with it so we can work on getting it fixed. You can find out more about

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

  HI I am new to the Ubuntu system, and the problem that  I have is that
  I download some programs that Its marked  for the system within which
  the program offers  and I turn off my computer to finish the process.
  Then the next day I turn on my computer and appeared other updates and
  I run it, but now I get any menu on the desktop, the screen appears
  only  with the background and thas all. Now how can I do to return to
  the normally my computer. Thanks
