Title:
GDM automaticly changes it's background image

Status in “gdm” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gdm

GDM automatically sets the same background as the last user who has
changed it's wallpaper. Even if you have requested any changes and
that the user in the system has no administration privileges, when he
changes it's wallpaper, that ends up being the default gdm background
  image to the hole system
