Title:
MacbookPro keyboard backlight toggle button not functional

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

My MacbookPro 3,1 has a keyboard backlight toggle button (F8) in
addition to the keyboard backlight up/down buttons (F9/F10). The
keyboard backlight up/down buttons correctly adjust the keyboard
backlight and display a notification, but the toggle button doesn't.
Do we need to handle GPM_BUTTON_KBD_BRIGHT_TOGGLE in addition to
GPM_BUTTON_KBD_BRIGHT_[UP,DOWN] in the key-handling code in gpm-
  backlight-kbd.c?
