  banshee unexpectedly crashes sometimes without warning

Bug description:
  Sometimes, a song will be playing and banshee will simply crash -
  leaving no 'error/warning' message and you have to start banshee up
  again. Hopefully there's enough data in this bug report to see what's
  wrong.
