that's not a bug, the icon is displayed on the desktop and launcher and
easy to access if needed

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: nautilus

  While testing the Ubuntu Natty Beta 2 iso for laptops, when I insert a
  usb key, this get's mounted and the correct icon appears on the
  desktop and on the launcher, but nautilus does not open the folder
  with it's contents.
