  recurs after reboot

Status in “nautilus” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  The File Operations progress window froze during an attempt to debug
  Firefox. After closing the file operations window, shutting down, and
  rebooting, anything that reopens the file operations window shows the
  frozen/incomplete/crashed operation as the first one in progress.
