debconf is just one method. We can do this via dconf/gconf, but debconf
makes it easier for large deployments. There may be other standard ways
people distribute unified dconf/gconf values that I am not aware of that
could be more appropriate. If so, feel free to mark this as "Won't Fix".

  suspend on idle behavior should be preseedable

Status in “gnome-settings-daemon” package in Ubuntu:

Bug description:
  The current default behavior of new installs is to suspend on idle.
  While I would argue this isn't a great default, I understand why it
  is. However, many computers do not suspend well (including qemu-
  kvm/libvirt), and enterprise environments may want to disable the
  behavior for any number of reasons. Suspend on idle should be a
  preseedable debconf question (medium, to avoid prompts). This would
  allow OEMs to better finetune the behavior as well.
