  apport-collect presents unreadable dialog

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I just had to send some details for another bug report to launchpad
  through apport-collect.

  apport-collect then presented a dialog asking for permission to upload
  the collected data.

  Unfortunately this dialog's list of collected data was so small, that
  it was virtually unreadable (basically it consisted of a single line),
  and the dialog window was not resizable.

  I realized that problem with unresizable but too small windows (and
  sometimes even too large for my netbook) several times since the
  introduction of that damned unity design. Becomes more and more like
  Microsoft Windows where the problem of unresizable tiny Dialogs
  existed for a decade. Now Ubuntu is introducing this problem as
  well...
