I feel somewhat culprit about the term "UI". When I was translating that
string, I correctly changed it to "Interfaz de usuario" ("User
Interface") but didn't reported the bug. Well, at least the string will
be completely removed :)

  1. Navigate to the "Appearance" panel.

  What you see: "Theme to be used for the UI"

  What's wrong: People can't be expected to know what "UI" is

  According to the specification, that string shouldn't be there at all.
  There should just be a "Theme:" label, not a heading plus a label.
