Title:
After resuming from sleep sometimes the computer goes to sleep again

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
When I close the lid on my laptop the system is configured to suspend,
but sometimes when I open the lid there is just enough time for me to
enter the screensaver password and see the desktop before the computer
  suspends again.

This does not always happens, most often it just wakes up as it
should. I'm not sure whats triggering this bug.

There are other bugs about similar issues, such as #425411 and
#306310, but they are marked as fixed and this is still happening on a
up to date natty system (with proposed updates enabled).
