  User cannot login with lightdm. Drops back at login prompt after
  entering login data

  Confirmed

Bug description:
  After upgrading to 11.10, I can't login again via LightDM. I'm being dropped back to the login prompt after entering my login data.
  Nevertheless, I can login as a guest...
  As a temporary solution I'm using gdm.
