  SMTP timout on sending mail

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  Expired

Bug description:
  Hello,my request for help and advice is  for the following. I've
  setup Evolution 2.28.3 mail application and this works fine when
  receiving inbound emails okay.But fails when I try to send  an out
  going email
