  rythmbbox not playong audio & video

Status in “gstreamer0.10” package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  Both media player and rythmbox giving the error "no codes".I dont know
  how to install audio codecs from net as i m using ubuntu first time.
  please help regard.
