[Bug 881545] Re: eeepcT101MT doesn't suspend or hibernate anymore

In trying to overcome this snag, I've tried : sudo sh /etc/acpi/sleep.sh
force

here is the system answer :

cat: /var/lib/acpi-support/system-manufacturer: Aucun fichier ou dossier de ce type (i.e. no directory or file type)

Maybe this will help - meanwhile, I'l carry on with attempts to solve
the problem on my own

** Description changed:

Since upgrading to Oneiric, my system fails to suspend or hibernate,
although I'm not sure it comes from gnome-power-management.

I know at least one other user who is in the same situation with the
- same computer.
+ same computer brand (eeepc T101MT).

This seems a regression since suspend worked perfectly with Natty
