Title:
Metacity is used instead of Compiz
Status in “gnome-panel” package in Ubuntu:
New
Status in “gnome-session” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
When installing gnome-session-fallback, you get the option to login to
a gnome-panel session.
There are two options:
* GNOME Panel
* GNOME Panel (No Effects)
But both results in launching a session with GNOME Panel and Metacity.
It would make more sense sense to use Compiz for the 'GNOME Panel' session, and Metacity for the No Effects session.
