Bug description:
  Binary package hint: gnome-control-center

  I reckon that the (browser-like) smooth scroll option is the last eye-
  candy that the GNOME desktop environment still lacks. I'm sure that
  this would not be jerky even on netbooks. How about to include it in
  GNOME 3?
