Corrupted user dconf

** Description changed:

  Starting lightdm --test-mode and logging into the currently logged in user leads to a corruped dconf.
- The desktop is drawn with stock icons and themes as described in bug #859723 and #879793.

  After deleting .config/dconf/user and logging in again everything seems
