  gnome-power-manager crashed with SIGSEGV in fclose()

Status in “gnome-power-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  * I logged in as guest user,
  * it showed an indicator applet error,
  * I tried to change the background picture of top and bottom panel by dragging a freshly taken screenshot on them (I thought panels are protected from such thing, but they are not :),
  * I logged out from guest and returned back to my usual user account,
  * crash message appeared in a moment.
