Thanks. That log was a lot more helpful but still not really sufficient,
unfortunately.
Since the segmentation fault happened in native code, I think you'll need to do
"sudo sysctl kernel.yama.ptrace_scope=1" to allow gdb to get the rest of the
stack trace when the crash happens. More details in /etc/sysctl.d/10-ptrace.conf.
