In future, report bugs using "apport-bug PACKAGE" command.

Title:
  Wifi connections/settings are lost from time to time

Status in “network-manager” package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  When connecting to a Wifi network it will disconnect after a few min
  and then you have to manually reconnect. When the computer starts it
  forgets the Password for the Wifi and you have to renter it to
  connect. When then it starts disconnecting again.

  Not sure why its doing this and now sure what has to be done to cause
  the issue.
