Title:
  icons duplicated in 11.10 launcher

Status in “unity” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  did a clean install of 11.10 from 10.04. several icons were duplicated
  in the launcher. specifically the libreoffice apps and firefox, plus
  icons of f-spot and other programs from 10.04 were carried over. i
  don't use f-spot and have it uninstalled.

  did a clean install again and the same thing happens.
