  Evince: Copying a paragraph out of a pdf-file is making mistakes

  As described above: 
  Copying a paragraph containing quotation marks is defective. The first quotation mark is always copied as a "1", the sceond as an "a".
  Copying the first passage of the second page of this pdf (http://dip.bundestag.de/btd/13/110/1311004.pdf) brings this:
