[Bug 877224] Re: Update to 3.2.1
I haven't noticed any regressions in the proposed gnome-power-manager.
As pitti said, g-p-m is mostly just gnome-power-statistics now.

- Remove the deprecated g_thread_init
- Remove the deprecated pango_cairo_font_map_create_context
- updated translations
