Opera terminal output on close:
I get this five times output five times:

Whether or not this constitutes a crash, or is useful to anyone debugging Ubuntu, I don't know.  I tried temporarily running Apport (sudo service apport start force_start=1), but the event did not trigger a bug report.

  After update Nautilus icons are black/white, no decorations of

Bug description:
  I just updated to Ubuntu 11.10 - and everything looked perfectly okay - except Nautilus!
  All icons are the same, they are black/white and really "boring". The breadcrumb view looks like back in Windows 3.1 times...
