  no more equalizer plugin in rhythmbox 2.90.1

Bug description:
   i try put it in .gnome2/rhythmbox/plugins , in
  .local/share/rhythmbox/plugin, even in /usr/lib/ rhythmbox/plugin . It
  don't appear in the plugins list since upgrade to ubuntu 11.10
