[Bug 877342] Re: html document has extra borders when reopened

 

This happens with an empty HTML document. See attached screenshot, which
shows document after reopening.

Bug description:
  I created a HTML document in LibreOffice, and created a couple of
  tables in it. When I reopened that document the following day, the
  text in the table cells (except for the top-left cell) had unwanted
  extra borders added to it.
