@yohann: I tested your workaround, but failed so far.
Does it also work for you with authenticated shares (shares that need username/password to mount)?
And what do you mean by "symlink to the network directory"? "ln -s .gvfs/ ~/myshares" or "ln -s .gvfs/shareXY ~/myshareXY"?

You need a mounted network share
Create a new document (with writer or Calc).
Click 'Save', click on your network share, click 'Save'
LibreOffice ask for a login/password to save on your allready mounted
share!!!
