Title:
evolution assert failure: *** glibc detected *** evolution: free():
  invalid pointer: 0x00007fe25a703d7c ***

Status in “evolution” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
I was just sending an email as ususal, however in this case I had
enabled a VPN that changed the host resolution of the IMAP+ mail
server I was connecting to from a public IP to a private IP. I
suspect this crash is just not handling that host resolution change
  cleanly.
