I note that you are using the DownloadHelper extension.  A memory leak
has been fixed in DownloadHelper 4.9.6.  Can you update and test?

  Firefox memory leak

Bug description:
  The memory continues to use up more resources steadily over time. In
  less than a half hour without even surfing the internet, the memory
  usage has climbed over half a gig. At the time of submission, 553 MBs
  were consumed and climbing.

  The pattern is that the memory climbs up a lot, drops a little, climbs
  up a lot, and drops a little again.
