  Gnome Panel Tear On Top & Bottom & Applications

  New

Bug description:
  I'm running 11.04 i386 and I have a HDTV Monitor Samsung SyncMaster
  P2370HD running through HDMI at 1920x1080 using Nvidia-currrent;
  270.41.06-0ubuntu1

  I've noticed when working on the desktop, doing anything, at times
  I'll get tears in the top and bottom panels, sections missing...
